Jason Arnold – COO
Jason has 14 years expertise focusing on Building Companies, Business Development, New Product Development, Management & Sales in the Communications Industry, all stages of a companies organizational life cycle – Conceptual to Revitalization.
Jason has successfully created, managed and deployed companies from concept to commercialization specializing at the successful planning & marketing of products & services at all stages of the product life-cycle, effectively bridging gaps between teams of different expertise, most notably between engineering and business-oriented teams with a work pace that is distinctly faster than average.
Jason sets high standards of achievement, driving himself and others to new horizons.
Jason is an avid skiier in the winter, enjoys sailing and ATVing in the summer, spending time with Family and friends around a campfire unpluggin from technology.
Shane Alfreds – CTO
Shane first started programming at 11 years of age on a Commodore PET in his elementary school classroom. He soon had his own home computer – a Radio Shack Color Computer II – and taught himself BASIC by typing in programs from various hobby programming magazines.
After earning a Diploma of Computer Systems Technology from BCIT in 1994 he spent 2 years at Electronic Arts Canada before becoming a founding member of Relic Entertainment Inc in 1997. Later he left the video game industry and undertook the BEST entrepreneurial program at BCIT with the intent of starting his own business, iNet Impact, in the booming web site development sector.
He has a passion for emerging technologies and software development. With over 20 years of professional experience in software development there are few systems or languages he hasn’t dabbled in. Leading teams from 2 to 20 developers, both in-house and remote, has honed his management, planning and interpersonal skills.
Shane is an avid sailor, enjoys snowboarding in the Winter and hiking and biking in the Summer and spending time with his family.
